In Memoriam – Marian Turner

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marian Turner, a cherished member of the Burke family from the London & Southern Region. In recent years, Marian became a familiar and beloved presence in the Midland Region, generously supporting and volunteering at regional Fleadhs, including most recently the All-Britain Fleadh in Coventry.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Marian’s husband Sean; her children Siobhan, Ryan, Callam, and Sinead; her grandchildren; her brothers John and Aidan; and her entire extended family and circle of friends.

A touching tribute was held in Marian’s honour at the recent North London Junior Fleadh, where members performed the High Cauled Cap in her memory.

Funeral Details:

Marian’s funeral will take place on Friday, 12th December at 13:30 at St. Joseph's RC Church, 68 Gardenia Avenue, Luton, LU3 2NS.
