Comhaltas in Britain, in partnership with Conradh na Gaelige, hosted a lunch club session for the community in Glasgow. After pausing during the Covid19 pandemic, the Glasgow branches are up and running with some exciting outreach this year! 

Beginning with lunch time Ceilis.  With more than 200,000 in Scotland going half a week without a visit or call from anyone (AgeUK). Social isolation and loneliness can decrease a persons’ physical and mental wellbeing. This is what has made community and friendships more important than ever. Comhaltas in Britain's mission is to bring a community of all ages together to learn, share and experience the music and culture of Ireland.
