 Please do not arrive on Saturday before 10:00.  This will give the committee adequate time to make final   preparations with the University staff for the Fleadh.  On Sunday, doors will open at 09:00. On arrival, competitors need to sign in at the signing in desk in the foyer of the Charles Wilson Building.  Entrance fees can be paid here or alternatively at the Entrance Fee Areas in the Ken Edwards and Attenborough buildings.

 Saturday Night

19:00:  Mass in the Queens Hall in the Percy Gee Building.
20:00:  Ceili, music sessions and singing club. These will all take place in the Charles Wilson building.  There is a bar available at the ceili and session venues.  Food will be available to buy at the session venue.
Admission to the Ceili is £3.00 per adult (accompanied children free).

Catering

The Charles Wilson building houses the eating areas.   There are three areas:-

Coffee Shop – ground floor.  Opened from 10:00 – 14:30 on Sat and from 09:00 – 14:30 on Sun.
Café Piazza                             Opened from 12:00 – 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Snappers Diner                       Opened from 17:00 – 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

There is no need to bring food – the food at the University is delicious and will be readily available over the weekend

Competitions

Competitions on Saturday will start at 13:00 for all age groups Under 18 in Duets, Trios, Ceili Bands and Grupai Cheoil.  Competitions on Sunday will start at 10:00 for all solos and all senior competitions.The day and time of competitions are listed below. Please remember all times are approximate and competitors should be aware it is their responsability to be in the competition rooms at the correct time.
